Kalyani apologises to both Anandi's parents and Gauri's parents. However, the panchyant declares it illegal. Kalyani agrees and marries Jagya to a girl named Gauri. Teepri decides to get Anandi out of her way by convincing Kalyani that Anandi is mentally unstable and that she should marry Jagya off to another girl.
